knowledge such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, database, Google Drive, and spreadsheets is required. Also, basic
knowledge of QuickBooks, time-slips, and other billing programs is preferred. A very good
understanding of the internet and e-mailing.

Title: Administrator/Front Desk
Full time: 40hs weekly
Salary: $15 hr
Requirements
JOB QUALIFICATIONS*: This position requires a person who must be able to work

knowledge such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, database, Google Drive, and spreadsheets is required. Also, basic
knowledge of QuickBooks, time-slips, and other billing programs is preferred. A very good
understanding of the internet and e-mailing.
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
required: Creole, Hebrew, or Russian is a plus.
•Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with
company policies
• Manage appointments, payments and some billing.
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, ~tc.)
• Create and update records, forms and databases
• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Google Drive
•Familiarity with Electronic Health Records and health insurance system.

Understanding the great need of our community after the devastation of Covid-19 they have decided to join efforts and combine their leadership and expertise for the good and well-being of our Miami-Dade County residents.
